Refund policy

 For non-custom products there’s a 14-day exchange period, where you may exchange your item for a similarly priced piece found in our shop. Please contact me if you want to make use of this option.

For custom made items, all sales are final. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items for a full refund of products purchased (not shipping). Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. Ethnica Decor are not responsible for costs of shipping or customs charges to return the order.
