Functional Art

Functional Art explores the space between use and presence. These trays are conceived as autonomous art objects that happen to serve a function.

Though fully functional, they are conceived as sculptural surfaces — objects that live within the interior as both utility and statement, where cultural motifs are reinterpreted in contemporary form. In this balance between use and meaning, function becomes part of the visual language.
